Our mission at Kobe Beef Steak & Hamburg Kamishige is simple: to make the world-famous Kobe beef—one of Japan’s most prestigious wagyu brands accessible in a casual and affordable way.

By reducing unnecessary margins and transportation costs, we are able to offer A5-grade Kobe beef steak with the perfect balance of lean meat and marbling at a reasonable price.

Kobe Beef at Low Price

At Kobe Beef Steak & Hamburg Kamishige, we source lean cuts of Kobe beef directly by purchasing a whole cow each time, without going through intermediaries. By eliminating middlemen and reducing costs such as yield loss and margins, we are able to serve high-quality A5 Kobe beef at an affordable price.

In addition, by sharing the restaurant space within a single tenant, we successfully keep rent costs low—allowing us to offer premium Kobe beef at reasonable prices.

In the evening, we operate as a Kobe steak restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy not only Kobe beef but also a relaxed dining experience. We warmly invite you to visit us both for lunch and dinner.

Commitment to Ingredients

At Kobe Beef Steak & Hamburg Kamishige, we carefully select high-quality ingredients, including locally sourced rice and onions from Awaji Island, Hyogo. We use premium Koshihikari rice from Niigata, along with other ingredients sourced within Japan whenever possible.

While we aim to offer affordable Kobe beef, we never compromise on ingredient quality. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients. By reducing costs in other areas, we are able to maintain the use of high-quality Japanese ingredients while keeping our prices reasonable.
